All Hot Air Balloon Flights are sold subject to the following conditions:
*** If you only paid the deposit, you will pay the remaining balance in CASH only by coming to our office in Göreme. Our companies DEFINITELY do not accept payment by Credit Card. In addition, any online payment method (paypal, mail order, etc.) is not accepted.
Prices include insurance for all hot air balloon flights.
1- All our passengers have to share their passport photos and the hotel information they will stay in Cappadocia 7 days before the reservation date with the tour operation via whatsapp (+90 543 197 0050) or e-mail (info@cappadociaballoontour.net). The reservations of our guests who do not share their passport photos and hotel information may be canceled and the right not to be refunded by the operation authorities of the paid deposit is reserved.
2-Only the pilot and the General Directorate of Civil Aviation have the authority to decide whether a flight will take place or not. You can follow this on the flag on our site.
3-In order to get a full refund, the balloon tour must be canceled by the reservation operator.
4-The person named in the contract will be considered the leader of the group and therefore accepts these terms and conditions on his behalf and for all persons named, added or changed in the reservation form.
5-All prices shown are valid on the date the website is online. The information provided here is based on the latest available information. We reserve the right to change the described itineraries, services, facilities, prices or vehicles without any liability for compensation or reimbursement.
6- In case your airline flight date changes, there may be a price change on the date you want to make your next reservation. Before booking the balloon tour, let's make sure that your return flight ticket time is 4 hours after the end of the balloon tour (07.00 am), since the airport travel time is at least 1 hour in order not to risk and miss your flights. Balloon Tour end time depends on sunrise and changes seasonally.
Confirmation Policy
Balloon or Tour Reservations can only be confirmed when deposit or full payment is received by Paypal or credit card of Cappadociaballoontour.net. The deposit can vary from 20% to 50% depending on the tour and the season peak.
Weather Cancellation / Delays
If the balloon tours are canceled due to weather conditions, there may be a price change on dates other than the flight date, as there is a dynamic price. We can only postpone your flight to the next day if we have availability. We do not promise to reschedule your flights as the following days may be full.
If the balloon tour is canceled due to weather conditions on the reservation date you have made, the prices may change one day later due to the busyness of the region and companies. Our company is not responsible for these changes.
If the flight is canceled due to weather conditions, you can reschedule to another day (if available) or in case of no availability, you can get a full refund only for weather conditions and company-induced cancellations.
If the weather is not suitable, flights may be delayed until the next morning, so we recommend that you book by the first morning you are available or the day of your total stay in the region to avoid missing your flight. In case of unavailability due to weather conditions or company, you will receive a full refund.
Cappadociaballoontour.net has limited liability. Cappadociaballoontour.net cannot be held responsible for any delay or change in the program, machinery or equipment failure, strike, theft, loss/damage to luggage, injuries caused by war or terrorist activities (threatening or actual), weather conditions or any related matter. Any such loss or expense must be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to change any part of the itinerary or carrier used at any time. Announced prices may change due to price increases due to increases in fuel prices and similar reasons. In such a case, each passenger may be required to pay an additional amount for the journey that reflects this increase.
Should the equipment fail, Cappadociaballoontour.net has 24 hours to resolve the issue by repairing it or replacing it with another one. No refund will be made in this regard.
Cappadociaballoontour.net reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, accept or remove any tour member participating in the trip at any time prior to flight, unless this is in line with the general enjoyment and well-being of other members. No refund will be made in this regard.
If the customer does not participate in the flight, the money paid cannot be refunded. And the entire cost of the reservation will not be refunded.
Considering the weather conditions, we recommend that you wear sports shoes and comfortable clothes.
If we have to cancel the flight due to weather conditions, we will refund the full amount through your banks, which can take up to 5 working days.
Tour reservations can also be made by phone, e-mail or fax. There is no charge for making and canceling a reservation. Date change is free of charge unless any change is made less than 48 hours before the flight. You can also send an e-mail to info@cappadociaballoontour.net if you have special requests or want to make a reservation manually.
Refund Policy
Customers who wish to cancel one of their tours for any reason, including health or family reasons, are subject to the following fees:
29 days or more notice for tours:
Cancellation is accepted by Cappadociaballoontour.net. If you paid in full we will refund 70%, no refund if you only paid a deposit.
No refunds will be made for any reservation if you give notice 29 days or less before the reservation date.
Revalidation
You do not need to reconfirm your balloon tour after receiving a written confirmation. Please contact us only if your hotel or tour date changes.
In case of a change in the pick-up time, one of our representatives will inform your hotel the night before the flight.
Refunds and flight cancellations
A hot air balloon is highly dependent on the weather and especially the speed of the wind. Only the pilot and the General Directorate of Civil Aviation have the authority to decide whether a flight will take place or not. We reserve the right to cancel a flight at any time until the moment of departure due to unsuitable weather conditions.
If the flight is cancelled, you can reschedule for another day or get a full refund.
In order to receive a full refund, the balloon tour must be canceled by the balloon operator.
If you cancel your reservation
The cancellation fee policy will apply after you submit your reservation. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase at no additional cost.
Please note that the cancellation fees below are calculated based on the date we receive your Cancellation Request email and the tour date.

*50% of the Booking Price 24-48 hours before the departure date
*0% (Full Refund) of the Booking Price 2 days or more before departure
*Individual reservation cancellations (1-5 people) must be made at least 48 hours before the flight time. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours for small groups of 6-14 people, and at least 1 week before the tour date for groups larger than 14 people.
*All cancellations must be made directly via cappadociaballoontour.net, not through service providers.
*For refunds processed via wire transfer, applicable wire transfer fees will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
*We will process your cancellation/refund request within 1 to 5 days.
Pickup time, departure time and location
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that everyone on the customer's side is in the right pick-up location at the right time. (We recommend you be ready 10 minutes before pickup time). The customer's e-ticket/e-voucher will provide the information you need regarding the pick-up time and location or departure point.
Please read the tour reservation slip and e-ticket clearly to ensure that you have entered the correct date on which you want to take the tour. There may be no changes or refunds, so it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct date and time is displayed.
支払い
All balloon tour prices are in Euro, but we accept payments in US Dollars and Turkish Lira.
20% of the total price is taken as a deposit, the rest can be paid in CASH ONLY on the day of the tour.
If you pay with your credit card, you may pay an extra fee or commission per person.
All our prices are valid for the season, per person, unless otherwise stated, and include VAT and insurance.
Children
We will not fly children under the age of 6 or shorter than 110 cm. A child under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. It is your responsibility to inform us of the child passenger's age.
