We reserve the right to cancel a flight at any time until the moment of departure due to unsuitable weather conditions.

If the flight is cancelled, you can reschedule for another day or get a full refund.

In order to receive a full refund, the balloon tour must be canceled by the balloon operator.

The cancellation fee policy will apply after you submit your reservation. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase at no additional cost.

All balloon tour prices are in Euro, but we accept payments in US Dollars and Turkish Lira.
